Reefer container for transportation and stationary storage of Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine BNT162b2 (COVID-19)

The team of LLC “Global Container Service” offers you our ready-made solution for the transportation and subsequent storage of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine against the COVID-19 virus.

Our company offers 20ft refrigerated containers and 10ft units specially designed by the world’s leading manufacturer of climate control equipment, Thermo King Ingersoll Rand, for transporting and further storing the vaccine while maintaining temperature modes down to -40 and -70 depending on the vaccine manufacturer's requirements.

The containers are available in Europe (Antwerp, Belgium) and China (Shanghai).

Refrigeration units for vaccine transportation

The price of containers for transporting the Pfizer vaccine or other cargo requiring the same temperature mode is:

  • -70C Superfreezer ULT + 10FT Container 62,000 USD
  • -70C Superfreezer ULT + 20FT Container 75,000 USD

Containers can be delivered by air, sea, or road transport depending on the customer’s location and preferences. We offer air delivery using “Ruslan” aircraft of DP “Antonov”. In one flight, the Ruslan aircraft of DP “Antonov” can take on board up to 12 containers of 20 feet with a volume from 24.5 m³ to 28 m³.

We can offer sea delivery by CMA-CGM, ZIM, OOCL, MAERSK and other companies depending on the best service available in the direction of the customer’s port.

To provide uninterrupted power supply for the containers during road transportation of the BNT162b2 Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, we offer Thermo King diesel generators.

The generators can also be used during emergency power outages while the Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 vaccine is stored stationary.

At this moment, SUPER-FREEZER containers can be used not only for stationary storage and transportation of vaccine within the country, but also for transporting vaccine from the manufacturing plant to the buyer’s warehouse by road, by sea, and an aviation transport solution using SUPER-FREEZER containers is also under development.
