Reefer container monitoring

A rather long downtime of loaded reefer containers at the terminal or in the depot requires regular monitoring of the temperature inside the reefer container, checking the humidification and ventilation mode, and analyzing any other indicators of the refrigerator.

The Global Container Service company monitors these indicators at regular intervals during the time required for the client. We offer a system for automatic monitoring of refrigerated containers that are connected to the power supply at the container terminal.
The monitoring system from "GCS" monitors the general condition of refrigerated containers in real time and instantly reports any changes, monitors any errors, such as:

  1. lack of connection of the ref container to the mains
  2. wrong temperature conditions
  3. wrong container id, etc.
  4. All this reduces the number of unpleasant mistakes and increases efficiency when working with refrigerated equipment, minimizing the influence of the human factor on the entire transportation chain.

Refrigerated container monitoring has the following advantages:
  •
  • Reporting a problem before damage is done to the cargo
  • Reduced costs, since there is no need to involve a person to carry out the check
  • Increase occupational safety by reducing the time employees spend in refrigerated container service areas
  • The collected data on the condition of the refrigerated container is easily converted into understandable reports
  • Electricity consumption regulation
  • Minimizing the likelihood of losing cargo throughout the entire transportation chain

  • Saving the event log even if there is no connection to the cellular network
  • Ability to set your own rules for notifications, events and alarms,
Proactive notifications about any changes according to the specified settings
Map of the location of refrigerated containers with a given update frequency
Retrospective analysis of the history of container events
List of container events with time and location on the map
Log of errors and basic parameters of the controller
  • Convenient office for management and monitoring

  • Container system data (batteries, status, all available technical parameters)
  • Possibility of direct interaction with the refrigerated container controller of any manufacturer
  • Date of last pti, possibility of remote pti
  • Ability to create a route for transportation and notify of deviations from the route
  • Data on target temperature, return temperature, supply temperature, ambient air (humidity, oxygen, carbon dioxide)
  • Any other parameters of the connected system sensors
