Refrigeration unit installation in an insulated truck body
Do you have a used insulated van body with a non-working refrigeration unit?

We offer a more efficient solution — converting the old insulated body into a fully operational refrigerated truck body. All you need to do is choose a suitable refrigeration unit from our range, and our specialists will install it in just one day.
How does the conversion process work?
1. Removal of the old unit
We carefully dismantle the faulty refrigeration unit, freeing up space for the new equipment.
2. Preparation of the installation opening
We cut an opening according to the dimensions of the selected unit.
If necessary, we reinforce the perimeter with metal corners or wooden beams to ensure reliable installation and long service life.
3. Installation of the new unit
We place the unit into the prepared opening and drill 24–30 holes for secure mounting to the body.
4. Sealing
We fill all gaps with монтаж foam to eliminate thermal bridges and ensure maximum insulation.
5. Securing the equipment
The unit is fixed from both inside and outside using threaded rods, washers, and nuts — resulting in a strong, reliable structure ready for operation.
