This document is an official offer by Global Container Service to conclude a contract for the purchase, rental, and servicing of reefer containers, refrigeration equipment, and related services remotely via the website. Submitting a request, placing an order, or coordinating delivery means that the client accepts the terms of this offer and confirms readiness for business cooperation.

Subject of the Offer

The Company undertakes to provide the client with equipment or services according to the agreed parameters, and the client undertakes to accept and pay for them under the agreed terms. This may involve the sale of containers, rental, supply of spare parts, diagnostics, repair, or service support. The specific scope of work, timelines, and costs are fixed in the invoice, commercial proposal, or contractual documents.

Order Placement and Agreement of Terms

A request submitted via the website, by phone, or email is considered the basis for preparing a proposal. For an accurate calculation, the following may be required:

• technical data;
• operating conditions;
• equipment installation location or other operational details.

If the necessary information is not provided, the Company cannot guarantee the accuracy of selection or calculations.

Once terms are agreed, the order is considered accepted for processing, and the parties' obligations come into effect from the moment of confirmation and payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment and Settlements

The cost of equipment and services is determined based on configuration, equipment condition, scope of work, and logistics. Payment is made by methods agreed upon by the parties:

• bank transfer;
• advance payment;
• instalment payments or other forms used in business practice.

The client's payment obligation is considered fulfilled upon receipt of funds.

Delivery, Handover, and Service

Equipment handover is carried out from the Company's warehouse, via transport companies, or directly at the client's site — depending on the specific project conditions. Servicing is performed by the Company's qualified specialists or authorized partners. Equipment installation can be carried out either by our service team or by the client independently. The client, in turn, undertakes to ensure unimpeded access to the equipment and prepare the necessary conditions for quality work execution.

Liability of the Parties

The parties are liable within the framework of current legislation and agreed terms. The Company is not responsible for consequences arising from improper operation, unauthorized intervention in equipment operation, or non-compliance with technical recommendations. Issues related to force majeure circumstances are resolved on a case-by-case basis, considering the actual situation.

Changes and Relevance

The Company reserves the right to amend the offer terms in accordance with changes in legislation and business practice. The current version of the document is always published on the website. Continued cooperation after updates implies acceptance of the current version.
