The 40-foot shock freezing container is structurally composed of a reinforced metal frame clad with food-grade stainless steel sheets. Walls, ceiling, and doors are made of sandwich panels and insulated with polyurethane foam insulation 70–100 mm thick.
The reinforced aluminum T-shaped floor in 40-foot shock freezing containers is designed for intensive loads. A movable ceiling improves heat exchange efficiency, while compressors and an evaporator system with powerful fans ensure uniform deep freezing of food products throughout the entire internal volume.
40-foot shock freezing containers are available in the High Cube modification, which have the same dimensions as standard reefer 40-foot containers HC with increased height.
