Service support is a set of organizational and technical measures aimed at preventing malfunctions, monitoring the condition, and maintaining the operability of marine containers.

Dry containers
Standard 10-, 20-, 40- and 45-foot dry containers (High Cube, Flat Rack and Open Top).
Isothermal
Structures with thermal insulation for maintaining a stable temperature regime.
Tank containers
Containers for liquid and gaseous cargoes of types T4, T7, T10, T11, T14, T20, and T50.
Special containers
Bulk containers for bulk cargo, Flat Rack without side walls and roof and Open Top with top loading.
What Is Included in Container Service at GCS
Container servicing is carried out at the GCS technical facility, equipped with professional equipment, lifting machinery, and testing devices.
As part of the service, Global Container Service specialists perform a full range of turnkey works:
- technical inspection of containers for wear, corrosion, and mechanical defects;
- verification of the geometry and integrity of the structure, inspection of doors, locking mechanisms, and seals;
- diagnostics of refrigeration equipment in refrigerated containers;
- inspection of the tank, pipelines, shut-off fittings, and safety valves of tank containers;
- leak-tightness testing and assessment of the technical condition of specialized equipment.
Based on the diagnostic results, specialists prepare a defect report and provide recommendations for eliminating identified faults. If necessary, container repair is carried out at the GCS facility to restore functionality and ensure transportation safety.

The client contacts the GCS manager by any convenient method to receive container service.
Specialists check its technical condition, damage, degree of wear, cleanliness and compliance with operating requirements.
Identified damages and defects are recorded according to international standards with the assignment of appropriate damage codes and repair codes. Based on the results, a defect list is generated.
The information is entered into a specialized accounting system for container equipment. For liner operators, the data is transferred for approval to the owner of the container, who confirms or rejects the repair.
Container service is provided in accordance with the approved list.
