Global Container Service performs repair of clip-on and underslung models of diesel generators for reefer containers. Before repair, a comprehensive diagnostics is carried out, which includes checking:
- the engine (starting, operational stability, overheating);
- the generator section;
- the control unit;
- the fuel system;
- mounting assemblies and the overall condition of the equipment.
During diagnostics, specialists assess the level and charge of the battery, the condition of bearings and filters, the operation of the automatic voltage regulator (AVR), the presence of alarm signals on the control panel, as well as possible leaks: oil, diesel fuel, and coolant.

- difficult starting or failure due to a discharged battery, starter malfunction, air in the fuel system, or clogging;
