A 10-foot blast freezer container is a mobile refrigeration unit designed for rapid food freezing. The equipment is used for deep-freezing products to preserve their structure, weight, and nutritional properties.
The 10-foot blast freezer container allows freezing to be carried out directly at the production or processing site (the deep-freezing speed depends on the type, weight, and initial temperature of the product). After processing, the frozen products are stored or transported in reefer containers.
