Refrigerated container modernization: 1 container - 3 solutions
A client contacted us with a request to implement a non-standard but very practical project — to convert a 40-foot reefer container into more compact formats.
The large container turned out to be inefficient in operation for several reasons:

- limited warehouse space;
- small volume of products;
- different types of products requiring different storage temperature modes;
- inconvenience in use.
Solution

We proposed a practical solution — adapting a standard container to the client’s real-world needs.
From one 40-foot container, we created three new containers: two 10-foot units and one 20-foot unit.
Within the project, we completed:
- cutting the container with structural reinforcement;
- installation of end panels;
- sealing;
- installation of refrigeration equipment.

As a result — compact, fully functional, and cost-efficient containers.
Why is this approach in demand?
The secondary market is dominated by 40-foot reefer containers.
But 20-foot units are rare, and 10-foot units are almost exclusive.
This type of project makes it possible to obtain a unique container for a specific space and adapt the equipment to the client’s business processes and capabilities.
We will help implement any non-standard solution related to containers.
