In addition to the high performance of the refrigeration unit, the condition of the container body is also important. A reliable container body provides excellent thermal insulation properties, ensuring cargo safety and energy efficiency.
During loading and unloading with heavy forklifts, one of the weakest points of a refrigerated container is the T-floor structure, particularly the threshold area.
The fragility of the threshold may cause it to fail under heavy loads. At first glance, such minor damage can lead to serious consequences — compromising the stability and strength of the entire floor structure inside the container. In addition, water may penetrate through floor openings and freeze at low temperatures.
