Course objectives: the course is aimed at acquiring theoretical and practical skills in the operation of refrigerated containers.
Suggest a containerCourse duration: the training lasts 8 hours and includes lectures and practical sessions, including 1 hour for knowledge assessment. Training is held from 9:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break. Each participant receives guidelines for working with refrigerated containers.
Course program:
- Specifics of the primary and secondary markets for refrigerated containers;
- Study of the features of various refrigerated container models from global manufacturers Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, Star Cool;
- Methods of loading refrigerated containers, the most common mistakes in cargo placement inside the container;
- Requirements for connecting and placing a refrigerated container for stationary storage;
- Operating principles of refrigeration units Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, Star Cool within the cooling system;
- Changing temperature, humidity, ventilation, viewing supply and return air temperatures, voltage monitoring, viewing and adjusting required system parameters;
- Performing automatic testing of all components and units (PTI);
- Viewing active system parameters;
- Identification of alarms and troubleshooting methods.
