Returns and exchanges

At Global Container Service, return and exchange conditions comply with current legislation of Ukraine and are carried out under the following conditions:

• the product shows no signs of use;
• no mechanical damage;
• original appearance and complete set are preserved.

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt.

Return procedure

To arrange a return, you need to:

• Send a request to Global Container Service via the contact page.
• After approval, hand over the product for inspection. Inspection is carried out on the day of receipt by the company.
• Send a refund request letter.

Refunds are processed after confirmation that the product meets the conditions. Processing time is up to 3 business days after inspection.
