System Cleaning
Unfortunately, we often encounter situations where the entire refrigeration system fails due to improper use. The most common causes are the use of low-quality refrigerant, overfilling, or the use of incompatible oils and refrigerants.
We successfully restore such systems, although the process can be time-consuming and require significant consumables. To properly clean the system, it is necessary to almost completely disassemble its key components: condenser, receivers, expansion valve (TRV), pipelines, etc.
By using special flushing refrigerant and nitrogen, replacing filters (often multiple), TRV, and thoroughly cleaning the system while evacuating remaining contaminants, we achieve the desired result. This approach allows us to save the system and protect the client from significant financial losses.
