Guarantees of Global Container Service

GCS provides the following types of warranties:

• When selling a used reefer container, we provide a 1-year warranty for the mechanical parts of the compressor and the controller (the two most expensive spare parts in a reefer container refrigeration unit), as well as a PTI download file confirming the operability of every component of the reefer container unit;
• a warranty of up to 5 years for new refrigeration units for reefer containers on specific components;
• a warranty of up to 0.5 years for used refrigeration units for reefer containers on specific components;
• a warranty of up to 5 years for new spare parts for reefer containers;
• a warranty of up to 0.5 years for used spare parts for reefer containers.

The main distinguishing feature of Global Container Service is the quality and the provision of official warranties and certificates for reefer containers, as well as for all types of services: rental and sale of various models.

Over the years, we have gained loyal customers and valuable experience, earning an excellent reputation. We supply only fully prepared reefer containers, which is confirmed by the PTI download file. In addition, every unit or reefer container sold comes with a sales contract that includes a warranty.

Every client who has purchased a reefer container will receive customs declarations and legal documents confirming the purchase and warranty obligations. At the time of purchase, the client signs the relevant documents confirming ownership. In addition to the legal documentation verifying ownership and warranty, you can also sign a maintenance service agreement and contact a technician if necessary. The signed agreement does not obligate you to anything.

With us, you can order both used and new spare parts for reefer containers of any manufacturer and year of production. If a spare part is not available in our warehouses, we can offer delivery of reefer container spare parts on request.

Every reefer container undergoes pre-sale preparation. Using special equipment, the configuration is updated, and the latest software updates are installed.

The Global Container Service team includes qualified specialists who know their trade. Our refrigeration technicians have between 7 and 30 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of reefer containers.
