Our company has developed web interfaces to support all major business processes involving liner and forwarding companies, which allows building transparent relationships based on a clear electronic document flow.

Starting with the main advantage, which is a comprehensive approach and providing the most high-quality and complete package of our services, the following benefits can be highlighted for each area:

1. Storage and Power Connection

We provide a full range of services related to the storage, maintenance, and connection of reefer containers to the power grid.

You have access to our container terminal (Odessa, Promyshlennaya St. 41a)

For placement and storage of refrigerated containers with or without connection – convenient access for cargo trucks for performing PRR.

• The first month of placement for each container is free
• The cost of one PRR operation is 12 USD including VAT
• The terminal accommodates over 110 units of 40-foot containers and 60 units of 20-foot containers

Container reception and delivery is carried out Mon–Fri from 8:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday from 8:00 to 17:00.

By prior arrangement, the terminal operates 24/7 for liner and forwarding companies.

Our territory is under round-the-clock security and equipped with video surveillance cameras, ensuring 100% container safety.

Our company provides a service for connecting reefer containers to the power network, with the possibility of 24/7 monitoring of container operation. The terminal allows simultaneous connection of up to 14 reefer containers (380V). Each socket has its own electricity meter, allowing connection of temperature-sensitive cargo and tracking electricity consumption for each connection separately. Our terminal is staffed with qualified personnel and equipped with a gantry crane and forklift, enabling efficient PRR services and cargo stuffing.

2. Diesel Generator Rental / Management

Our generator fleet includes over 160 units, many of which can be mounted on reefer container fittings.

We have a fully staffed team for prompt issuance and reception of generators at our terminal,

as well as experienced mechanics capable of handling everything from minor breakdowns to major diesel engine repairs and generator rewinding.

We have a transparent, well-established interface for controlling all processes with the possibility of remote access for clients. The interface includes the ability to check the number of available diesel generators at the base and a visual calendar for generator occupancy:

• Ability to submit requests through our website, track the status of requests throughout the trip, record and monitor fuel at the time of generator issuance and return,
• Generate an act (electronic document with driver’s signature) in case of generator breakdown during the trip or fuel consumption discrepancy, as well as other non-standard situations, allowing objective identification of the causes and prompt response.
• Support for Carrier and ThermoKing products

Generator reception and issuance is carried out Mon–Fri from 8:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday from 8:00 to 17:00. By prior arrangement, the terminal operates 24/7 for liner and forwarding companies.

We offer diesel generator rental for reefer containers at the following rates:

Diesel Generator Rental - 6 days 150 USD.

Diesel Generator Management

We offer the possibility of placing your generator fleet in our dry hangar and providing the following management services:

• Installation and removal of generators upon your request.
• Refueling generators and accounting for fuel consumption using our system.
• Settlements for fuel consumption with the customer.
• Current maintenance of generators (operational check before and after the trip, oil, antifreeze, and filter replacement).
• Generator repair.
• Monitoring and recording of all processes in our system with your access and control over all operations.

The management fee is 12 USD excluding VAT. This amount includes storage in a dry hangar, installation and removal (2 operations), refueling, fuel settlements with the customer, current maintenance (excluding cost of filters, oil, antifreeze), and full process monitoring with access for client control.

Generator repair is not included in management and is discussed separately.

When providing service for diesel generators, we strictly follow standards recommended by leading manufacturers (ThermoKing, Carrier), regarding work time calculation and spare parts cost. Non-original spare parts are also available, which can significantly reduce repair time and cost.

Generator repair cost: 12 USD per hour.

3. Repair and Service

We provide all services for repair and replacement of equipment from Carrier, Daikin, ThermoKing, StarCool—from refrigerant replacement to full replacement of main reefer unit components.

For replacement parts, we offer used, remanufactured (factory refurbished), and new parts.

We also perform bodywork not requiring additional certification.

All services follow manufacturer standards (DAIKIN, StarCool, ThermoKing, Carrier) regarding work time and parts cost.

As official dealers, our company is the only one in Ukraine able to offer list prices for all new parts.

We are also official dealers of StarCool and Daikin, which ensures continuous feedback on software updates and innovations from manufacturers. We maintain close contact with other reefer manufacturers for rapid access to new spare parts during repairs. Currently, Carrier and ThermoKing have confirmed our successful inspection and authorization as dealers in Ukraine.

4. PTI

Preparation for export and import inspection, conducting PreTrip Inspection (PTI).

We provide PTI services in the ports of Illichivsk, Yuzhny, Odessa, and in most major cities of Ukraine.

We fully adhere to the recommendations of the container manufacturer and client during PTI and confirm PTI completion for liner companies through electronic reporting, maintaining a history for each container in the personal account.

Cost:

• 200 UAH mini PTI
• 400 UAH full PTI excluding VAT

Additionally, we provide a web interface with its own personal account, transparent reporting, and the ability to make operational decisions (rus/en estimate) for each container while maintaining a history of interactions and decision-making.
